Due to the nature of digital items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, please feel free to contact us privately through the contact page and we will do our best to assist you in any way possible.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES FOR HAND-MADE ITEMS

Returns for hand-made items are acceptable as long as you contact us within 5 business days of receipt of the item(s). The item(s) must be in the original condition as when shipped, and unused. When returning, the item must be packaged in its original inside packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. A full refund will be made after receipt and inspection of item(s). If the item(s) are not in the same condition as when shipped, a partial or no refund will be made.
