All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation and shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.

Standard Shipping (USPS Ground/UPS Ground): 8-14 business days. Cost calculated at checkout.

Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority/UPS 2nd Day Air): 3-7 business days. Cost calculated at checkout.

International Shipping: We currently ship within the United States only. Please contact us for potential international order inquiries.

Delivery Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.
3. Digital Pattern Delivery

Instant Download: Upon successful payment, your digital PDF pattern(s) are available instantly. You will receive a download link via email and can access your files from the “My Account” section of our website.

Access Duration: You have unlimited access to re-download your purchased patterns from your account.

Non-Refundable Policy: Due to the immediate, non-returnable nature of digital products, all sales of digital patterns are final. We do not offer refunds for digital pattern purchases. Please review the product description, photos, and required skill level carefully before purchasing.
4. Returns & Refunds for Physical Goods

Eligibility: We accept returns of unused, unwashed physical items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, custom orders, and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process:

Email us at info@robinscrochetcorner.com within the return window to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Once approved, ship the item back to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any original shipping costs. This process typically takes 5-10 business days.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. For a different item, please process a return and place a new order.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@robinscrochetcorner.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging, and we will promptly arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
