1. Agreement to Terms

2. Products
We sell digital crochet patterns (“Digital Products”) and physical, hand-crocheted items (“Physical Products”). We reserve the right to limit sales, discontinue any product, or correct pricing errors at our sole discretion.

3. Intellectual Property & Pattern License

  • Copyright: All designs, patterns, text, and images on this site are the intellectual property of Robin’s Crochet Corner and are protected by copyright law.

  • License for Digital Patterns: Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license to:

    • Use the pattern to create finished items for yourself, as gifts, or for limited sale.

    • Sell a limited quantity of finished items (e.g., at craft fairs, on Etsy, or other small-scale venues).

  • You May NOT:

    • Resell, redistribute, share, gift, trade, or transfer the digital pattern file itself in any format.

    • Copy, modify, or translate the pattern to create derivative patterns for sale or free distribution.

    • Use the pattern for large-scale, mass-production manufacturing of finished items.

    • Share the pattern with a crochet group, club, or classroom. Each maker must purchase their own copy.

  • Credit: While not required, we appreciate credit (e.g., “Pattern by Robin’s Crochet Corner”) when sharing photos of your finished work online.

4. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • Skill Level & Instructions: Patterns are written clearly to the best of our ability. However, crochet skill levels vary. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they have the necessary skills. We are not liable for errors in your finished project.

  • Typographical Errors: We are not responsible for typographical errors in product descriptions or pricing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at an incorrect price.

  • General Liability: Robin’s Crochet Corner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product you purchased.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Adams County, Pennsylvania.

6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website.
